• How To Inflate
Keep the pillow flatten and then open the nozzle. The inflatable pillow will automatically inflate with the inflatable sponge until inflation is completed and then tighten the nozzle. You can also inflate it moderately by mouth with approximately 3-5 breaths to adjust it’s softness
.
• How To Deflate
Open the nozzle and roll up from the other end of the nozzle. After the air is pressed out, tighten the nozzle. Repeat the above steps to make the inflatable pillow fully deflated to obtain a smaller collection volume.

Five Stars It is very useful for outdoor and vacation. I use this every day when I rest on my deck.
NOT Recommended It’s supposed to have foam in it, but it is not detectable. It feels like any other uncomfortable blow up pillow that feels like sleeping on a balloon. I tried returning it, but the choices were to either return it to a Walmart 80 miles away, or to pay for shipping.

It is half memory foam and very comfortable to sleep on. Very easy to set up and very small after folded into the bag. Good quality and easy to carry and light. Good quality.
