Well thought out! I just used this for the first time and loved it. We were heading on vacation and it packed so neatly into my already jammed suitcase, but anticipating going on a day hike while we were gone I knew I wanted something for my back rather than a shoulder bag.The three outside pouches came in really handy and the side ones do hold a1liter water bottle which I needed for my desert hike.I appreciated the airflow through the mesh straps as it was definitely a sweaty day! This is the most wonderfully-designed backpack! This is the most wonderfully-designed backpack! Although the straps aren’t comfortable for more than short stints or lightweight loads, the details are amazing from the packaging to the zipper pulls, pockets, embroidered logo and much more. I was looking for something even lighter-weight that folded down a bit smaller (although this weighs almost nothing and folds down into a very small package itself)– but the quality and features were so excellent that I took it back out of the package…
Lightweight, arrived with torn side pocket Purchased this bag to use on a cruise for excursions. It arrived on time. I like the color and design. It has several pockets to keep items organized and secured. A few are difficult to see which may deter theft. It seems a little smaller than I anticipated it being, but I guess this will ensure it isnât overpacked for hiking or beach days. Even though the bag appears to be made well, it did arrive with a tear in one of the side pockets. I still plan on taking it on the cruise with me next week…
