Great Hiking Socks. Just what you want! I’m a Diabetic with Peripheral Neuropathy of the feet. It is extremely difficult to wear anything on my feet. I normally only wear those lightweight liners with my walking shoes. I needed something that would stand up to some hard walking so I tried these. I heard that Merino wool is great for hiking, etc. Well, These Are Great! They made my feet feel comfortable and much less painful in the long run. Thanks for the great All Season Low Hiking Socks.
Much Nicer Than Expected These are among the least expensive merino wool socks with decent ratings. I thought they would be thin and neither very cushiony nor very warm. These are so much better than I expected. They have a nice feel, a real cushioning and absorbing hefty substance, and are decently warm but not at all hot or uncomfortable. Of the less than $13 a pair socks, these have the highest ratio of wool. Very impressed and highly recommend.
Ultalight weight 80+% wool socks that can be dried on low I wear US women’s size 7 shoes when it comes to tennis, hiking, closed toe shoes, but 6.5 W is my actual size. These fit me fine. My husband wears men’s shoes size 9-9.5, and they fit him too. If you look at the photos, there’s a size guide…which shows they would fit me and him.
