Ripped immediately when washed – Update: great customer service My first pad ripped immediately upon washing, but we slept on it anyway and it was great. The company offered a replacement, but we didn’t see the point at the time. Out of the blue, the company just contacted us again to let us know that they had improved the materials, and asked if we wanted a replacement. Great customer service, and a good product.
flimsy and tears upon wear and washing 1 year update: Just don’t get this product. Really. It won’t last you a year. The bottom material that I mentioned [below] will rip up beyond repair after slipping all over the mattress over the course of the year … not to mention just washing it according to their instructions. I know it’s a bit gross to admit this, but we have only washed it twice because it tatters up so bad. A rep contact me after my initial review to see what they can do … but now I honestly would love a refund at this…
Excellent Customer Service Like many of you, I purchased this cover to reduce the heat build-up from my memory foam mattress. To that end, it worked well, that is until I washed it for the first time. I then published a review about my problem, which then the company responded to and promptly shipped me a new cover at no cost!So just be careful with washing, perhaps just spot cleaning, and know if you do have problems, you can depend on this company to do the right thing!
