They work, need proper programming to compy with FCC rules. The radios work as described. Programming was easy (and needed, to comply with FCC Rules) Youtube has many videos on proper setup, and FRS frequencies are available with a minimal google search.The batteries will need a couple charge/discharge cycles to reach full capacity. First charge lasted about an hour, but thats to be expected.
