Don’t waste your money. This flashlight broke after 2 weeks use. First the on off button shifted and was not functional. Next the spring between the batter pack and light bulb broke off. Not worth the price.

Pretty much the same design on all of the flashlights … You can buy almost the exact same one, for $5. Look around on amazon. This magical (high lumen) flashlight really isn’t so magical after all. These flashlights use CREE LEDs. This isn’t new technology at all. CREE has been around since 2012, and they make high lumen, long lasting LEDs for cheap. Bell + Howell is one of those companies that put these TV ads saying they have revolutionized the flashlight world, but in reality, “their” design isn’t their design. I’m encouraging you all who…

2nd one that has fallen apart. Buyer beware. This is my second Bell + Howell 1176 Taclight. I use the flashlight 1-2 times at night to take my puppy out to go potty. It is on less than 10 minutes a night, which equates to minimal use.I purchased the first one July 29th, 2016 & returned it as the push button on & off switch fell apart. I ordered my replacement Taclight on Aug 24th. We are now 7 weeks later (too late to ask for a refund) and the same thing has happened to this one.There is this soft orange rubber…
