fit comfortably loose with room for leggings or thin thermals I’m almost 5’4″ and 130lbs. bought medium..fit comfortably loose with room for leggings or thin thermals. warmer than jeansbut not warm enough for 40 degrees or under for more than 10 mins of brisk walking. Definitely need leggings for optimal, long-term warmth.High waisted but tolerable, comfortable, not constricting. Comes with accent belt. Overall, pants are nice.
