Very sturdy! Bought this stand to go with my swing on my patio and I love it! Its sturdy, goes great with my decor, and can hold up my boyfriend and I (close to 282 pounds combined)! Only issue I had was that my patio was small and I didnt expect the legs to be so long and in the way, but we work and walk around it (since it’s in the doorway), other than that I love it and it holds up my swing perfectly!

Good for a therapy swing but won’t hold a lot of weight. Not as sturdy as I would have hoped. My son who is 160 sat in the hammock chair and this started to bend…he’s not a huge guy. It works great for the purpose we have intended which is a soothing therapy swing for our 7 year old. But I think if you are a bigger person you may need something a little bit sturdier than this one.
