Defective Was so excited to get this product until I unscrewed the lid and found the inner silicone ring to be mangled up inside. And even worse, it wasnât even the right size for the lid itself. I emailed the company in the hopes that they might respond and make restitution however so far I have heard nothing. What a disappointment. I will be returning this product as itâs completely useless without the silicon ring in place to keep it from leaking.
I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift I bought two bottles, a pink one and a black one. The pink one came with the time measurement on the side of the bottle. So at 8am I knew I should have drank to the 8am line. I LOVED this feature. For me it made it easier to drink and then if I drank more I felt I had done above average. However with the first hand washing in Dawn dish liquid the ink on the outside came off. I was also disappointed the black one didn’t even come with time measurement feature. Shouldn’t the product be consistent…
