Make sure a lower r-value mat is right for you or if a thermal mat is more to your needs When I purchased this sleeping mat I was looking for a lightweight mat that packed to a small size. I trialed this mat overnight in my lounge. It is comfortable, but I was cold lying on all night even though my apartment was very warm. Great Value! I purchased the Bivaro Ultralight Sleeping Pad for my wife and I (I purchased the orange one for myself). We camped 5 nights in Guadalupe Mountains National Park November 2018. The sleeping pads performed very well in the weather (25F – 60F). They held their air well and did not deflate the entire trip.These pads require about several breaths to inflate.
