Good tool, I’m happy with it! I bought a cheaper different brand version of this tool from local big box lumber type store. It quit working after a short use. I returned it and ordered this one. I used it to cut under a window sill to install a metal one. This did a great job. Cut through nails wood and all with ease. I wish I had bought one of these years before. It’s a great tool and you can find the cutters just about anywhere. I especially like the quick change feature to install the new blades. Good tool. Good purchase.

OK, but not much power–change that to Not OK Update, September 22, 2016: Ordered a new sanding pad on Amazon for 5 bucks, happened upon 4″ triangle sandpaper 6-pack of different grits at a tool rental place. I was unable to buy only the grit I wanted, but that didn’t matter as on the second sheet, the pad’s screws vibrated out and it fell apart. $10+ good money after bad; I quit.

Much better than I expected – but somewhat limited blade availability This is my first oscillating multi-tool. When I bought it it was just over $50 here on Amazon. At the time of the writing of this review it has increased in price by about $10, so obviously Black & Decker and Amazon realized that it was too good of a deal at the lower price.
