Our rugged, fully waterproof workhorse for foul conditions and big adventures, the Black Diamond Storm Headlamp now features 350 lumens of power and three different colored night vision modes. The redesigned lighting profile offers improved peripheral lighting for close-range activities like cooking, reading or sorting gear, and the Storm also features our Brightness Memory, which allows you to turn the light on and off at a chosen brightness without reverting back to full power. Eight different lighting modes allow for fully custom lighting in any situation, and our Power Tap Technology makes for instant brightness adjustments.

Nice Bright Light with handy dimmer capabilities! I bought this to replace my old black diamond that somehow went missing.
Wonderful companion for night hiking and any dark activity This is a great light and I use it in off-trail woods frequently at night. The center white light is a great spot light when you want to really light up an area or see if anything over there is looking at you. The Green and Red are both great. I find I can keep my night vision and use the green light when hiking. One tap and the brightness jumps up and another tap and you are hiking with plenty of light again. The red light, which doesn’t work for me in the woods, works really well inside…
Light it up!! This head lamp performed above my expectations. Out performs many of its competitors. From my experience its battery efficiency is on point for its class, however would like to see a recharge able battery pack for it. I use a lamp several times a year backpacking/work generally counting use for 12+ hours at a time and this thing just would not give up even on the brightest setting. Recently purchased this lamp for a work trip. It made it through the driving rain, hail, mud and sand then thrown…
