A spare set is nice to have It’s nice to have a spare set of these handy in the unlikely event you wear out the originals. I use my poles with these tips and they show very little wear after many miles of use.
Great item to replace the tip than have to toss the whole poles away if loss or worn out. I order the stainless version but getting the black color instead. The trekking pole is good quality from my test hike as compared with other brands from leave expensive ones. The tip usually wear out real quick from hiking in rock/stone terrain, which this option is better than other cheaper brands for i have to toss them away if the tip is loss or wear being normal used. I find this is the most high quality and cost-effective option i can dig from online market available.
If your tips are showing wear – replace them! Should have replaced these a year ago. Iâve had my BD Trail Trekker poles for 4+ years of New England hiking and finally got around to replacing the tips. Instantly more secure – great grip on rock, snow, ice, etc.
