A must for backpacking If you’re carrying any sort of significant weight on your back for long periods of time then you need trekking poles. I would have had a huge issue on my last trip without these. I used them about 12 miles of backpacking with about 30 lbs on my back. I didn’t have 1 failure. The locks don’t slip at all, the rubber tip guards dont come off unless you want them to, the straps are super comfy, and the handles provide a great grip. I seriously put some weight on these and couldn’t get them to fail.

Hiking sticks to aid in walking I was having knee problems and was scheduled to go on a trip that entailed a lot of walking. Instead of using a cane, I bought these hiking sticks. They met all of my expectations. I walked miles per day over uneven terrain. When I was tired, I put more pressure on them without any issues. I collapsed them multiple times a day for storage at various venues. They have markings (measurements) on the sticks, so I always knew where to stop with the expansions by looking at the numbers. Very well…

Knee Savers. I could have completed a recent hike without these, but I would have had to leave my knee caps on the trail. If you’re taking a long hike with lots of incline I recommend getting over the sticker price and breaking these out. There are lighter versions and some have shock absorption, but I was highly satisfied with these at my side. 50+ pounds of pack, and a couple of inclines and declines going sideways. I was expecting them to bend or break. Nothing. 5/5 definitely worth it.
