WON’T LAST LONG Almost worn out and only have had it for a 4 months. The plastic thing in the middle broke down and floated around and is now just a hard blob. The gel is hard to even out, the outside plastic is crummy. It was great at first. I haven’t used it for the last 2 months.
Gets the job done I have only used these for cold treatments, to prevent swelling after foot surgery earlier this year. The bigger size is great, and provides flexibility in terms of how you want it to lay, fold it, wrap around an ankle or elbow, etc. I did have to order a new set (luckily, these are very afforable) as the ice pack doesn’t stay as cold after a lot of use, but I would say I was using it far more frequently, and on a consistent basis (i.e. on and off every 30 minutes during waking hours, for 6…
