Bought this and a cheaper one, sadly the cheaper … Bought this and a cheaper one, sadly the cheaper was the more appealing. This was tightly wrapped and was difficult to get out of the case, left no place for any engravings.

Once again, I chose wisely! Wonderful. This compass might be underpriced. For its size, it’s very heavy and well constructed, along with fine detailing. There is a poem placed in the inner cover which is another nice touch. The color and slight antique effect are perfect. The compass is also quite practical, it works and also locks when not in use. Finally, the case is antique leather, thin which also looks and feels authentic.I am pleasantly surprised and very happy with this compass.
