OK but pours out too fast compared to older versions. Also bad to have lithium battery embedded in top. Pours out too fast compared to the older versions of the same pitcher. Wider swath of water comes out. Suspect this is intentional – causes a small percentage more water to be used and/or spilled…. meaning….. more filters bought over the lifetime.Also dont like having an item with lithium battery embedded in the top. That makes the top part into toxic waste rather than recyclable plastic.
This pitcher was falling apart when I received it. I tried to find a way to communicate to you about my problem, before writing this review, but there doesnât seem to be a way to reach you directly.I ordered the 10 cup pitcher on April 11, â18.I didnât take it out of the box until just recently. Poor quality manfacturing! I bought a Brita Grand water filter in November last year. I keep the water filter on my kitchen counter. About a week ago, I noticed water all over my counter top. I mopped it up and chidded myself for not being careful. This week I noticed water all over the counter top and the floor. I couldn’t figure out how I could be do careless to cause such a mess.
