How to use trekking poles

1. Unscrew the locking device until each tube section may stretch out and draw back flexibly.
2. Open or draw back to the same length.
3. Tighten the locking device until fully locked. No need for forcing it.
4. Do not exceed the “Stop” sign, or it might be easily broken.
5. If the tip is stuck into the crevice, do not shake; try to pull it out vertically.
