Great filet knife Great filet knife. Does a fast and easy job on all of the fish I clean. These blades are easy to sharpen and hold a great edge.

Salt water corrosion resistance diappointing Took this knife on month long kayak camping trip in the Bahamas. Extreme conditions of kicking around in the cockpit of the kayak in salt water everyday. Suffered a lot of corrosion which ate into the edge of the blade. Definitely not stainless. I was ok with discoloration but edge damaged and became more like a serrated blade than the smooth cutter it started out as. For difficult condition where you wont be able to properly care for such a knife, save your money and buy something…

Great knife. Salt and fresh water Gifted this to my brother who is an avid fisherman. He takes it to saltwater fish and inland fish and loves it.
