Great bang for the “you know what”… I just can’t say enough about American made Buck knives.The Vantage is most certainly no exception. At twenty seven dollars (for the large), this knife is a terrific buy. As mentioned earlier, it’s made here in the good ole US of A and is backed by Bucks always promised life time warranty.Armed with Bucks patented heat treated 420HC steel blade, this knife absolutely gets the job done in any scenario. Issues with the screw I like the feel of the knife, the sharpness, and the size. The pocket clip is in a great position as well. The value is unbeatable given it’s been made in U.S. The only somewhat annoying issue I have it is that the top screw keeps loosening up which makes the blade shift to the side a bit and rub against the inside of the handle every time I open and close the knife. I end up having to tighten the screw pretty often, and if I tighten it too far, the opening mechanism becomes too stiff and…

Lot of knife for the price I’m very impressed with this knife. Especially for the price. Mine came a little off-centered, but was easily fixed. Lock-up is dead solid. Zero blade play any direction. No rattling noises that I have read about. Also read about needing to flick the wrist to deploy blade with flipper. I did not experience this with mine. I found it very smooth to deploy to lock-up with one finger on the flipper. I would compare the action to the Kershaw Skyline. Very pleased with it.That…
