Great for infrequent use Somehow it’s smaller than I expected, but is exactly as described… anyway, the only reason I don’t rate this 5 stars, is because it has rivets instead of screws, so it can’t be taken apart for maintenance, which means after repeated hard use, it will eventually no longer be safely operable. Also, it’s not as brightly colored as pictured, but that’s not a deal breaker. I imagine this would be a great little knife incase of emergencies, but not for everyday use.

Amazon Customer says:

Great value but the seatbelt cutter is a minor weak spot. One of the best value rescue knives on the market. The safespin is unique, locks the blade shut, and, let’s be honest, fun to fidget with. You can dial in the pivot screw such that you can fling the knife open and shut while pulling back the safety. The seat belt cutter works but nearly as well as others I’ve used. As with most knives of this style, the seat belt cutter would be next to impossible to resharpen. Not USA made.

and for 30+ dollars I am happy with my purchase Started to use this today at work, and for 30+ dollars I am happy with my purchase. But, and for me this is a big but. I am 60 years old with a little arthritis in my hands, and I cannot push the lock and unlock button easily. It’s actually very hard for me. I have worked the button up and down with the eraser on a pencil several hundred times hoping it will become smoother. Not there yet. I am going to spray a dry lubricant inside and see if that makes it better, I hope. Other than that -…
