It’s genuine and made of real brass and very handy Like I said it’s a genuine buck knife and it’s made of real brass because as soon as you touch it the dang thing starts to tarnish. I got tons of pictures I got it in comparison to a quarter and all kinds of stuff and for you Europeans out there I even got a 50 cent Euro piece. Great Everyday Buck Knife! I have a number of different Buck Knifes. All of them are excellent. The 55BRS is the perfect pocket knife. It’s small enough to fit in a ‘watch pocket’ in your jeans. It’s handy enough to use for most around the house tasks. It has a lock-back blade for safety and holds a very sharp blade. I can see this as my everyday knife.
