Incredibly soft and undeniably warm Living up north I own a lot of wool socks and I am incredibly happy with these hiking socks. They are ridiculously soft and unbelievably warm. I found out that these socks should have a maximum temperature for wearer comfort though when I went hiking with them on when it was fifty-five degrees (55F) out. Great value. Nice socks for the price.. They don’t have the same comfortable polished feel as 100% wool but they are much more comfortable than some of the cheaper imitation wool socks on the market. I would not recommend this for long hikes or anything where you will be doing a lot of walking because I think there is some room for slippage that you don’t get with the better socks like darn tough.
