Perfect communications for niece and nephew These are perfect little toy communication walkie talkie for my niece and nephew. My other niece and nephew have a pair and love them so I got Ava and Lyle one too. They take 4 batteries each and are easy to use. Perfect for around the house communication and fun games. They love them. My little sister is testing them out in the photos. Pretty much fun for all ages. They love playing with them, even my 1.5 year old niece Lila plays with them. I’ll keep you posted on the shelf life of these.

Inexpensive and great for camping/Play I was on the lookout for an inexpensive set of radios that I could use around the house, campsite, or hikes. Mind you, I was not looking for one that can go large distances — my experience is that when a walkie talkie states 5 miles, it often doesn’t work very far in an urban area due to so much electrical interference within city limits.
