They are very heavy duty and well made and in a beautiful leather case My mother in law loves gardening and my husband ordered these for her a birthday present. They are very heavy duty and well made and in a beautiful leather case.
Worth the price!! I have had these of over a month and every time I use them am glad I bought them. They do both fine cutting, i.e. dead heading and fairly large branches. The case is convenient with both a clip on (for short term) and a loop for longer usage.
This is a beautiful tool, and a great concept This is a beautiful tool, and a great concept. However, the wood handle broke upon first use. I had finished cutting two or three small blackberry vines (less than 1/4 inch thick). I put it in the holster, and then upon retrieving it moments later noticed that part of the wood handle had splintered off and disappeared. I hadn’t dropped it, bumped it against anything hard, or anything. It may have been a fluke, but even so, there is a problem with quality control if it breaks that easily. I am…
