The perfect container for the bulk fermentation stage of making artisan bread. I just got into artisan sourdough baking a week or so before the holidays. Great containers, accept no substitutes I love these containers for pantry storage and have them in several sizes. Be aware that at least one of the sellers listed here is not sending items branded Cambro, but rather a different brand.I did not realize it until I was shifting things around in the pantry and noticed some had handles and some did not. The substitutes have handles, the Cambro do not. They are about the same size and appear to take the same lids, but check for the Cambro brand on the bottom of the container…
