Bad bag, bad design. I have my own Camel Back (MULE) that I love for many year. Bought this “cute” Aurora version for my daughter for hiking in Arizona. Day 1, fresh out of pack, noted how finicky the large twist mouth was, leaked. Was able to secure it but seemed to be very poor engineering to require so much fiddling. Good, Compact Backpack Great, small backpack for day hikes. Enough space for phone, keys, and some small snacks along with plenty of water. The only thing keeping this from five stars is the the reservoir cap. It takes extra care and effort to make sure it is actually seated correctly when tightening. Not a deal-breaker, but is definitely a bit of an annoyance that results in water leaks if you aren’t careful.
