Looks like the bolts were installed backwards Poorly built. Carrying case has puncture holes from frame bolts. Looks like the bolts were installed backwards. Good luck setting it up for the first time! Trying to stretch the canvas over the end bars… its not happening.
Incorrect parts sent! Looks USED!!??????? Received product with incorrect length posts for head and foot of cot. Looks like someone used this before me and returned iit!!! No instructions included in package. Also, the net bag holding the storage pouch was broken. I cannot use this because of incorrect length posts sent. Cot collapses at head and foot due to the wrong posts. Im very disappointed. SENDING IT BACK!!!!!!
