Maybe the best knives I’ve ever used or owned… UPDATE: 7 months later and I still haven’t found one thing even close to undesirable about these knives. They hold an edge so well. The other thing that’s been a pleasant surprise is how incredibly well the sharpening steel works. Just ordered a second one for our other place. Certainly not inexpensive, but the best cutlery value I’ve experienced.
