LOVE THIS THING! Highly recommend for migraine sufferers, and sinus surgery recovery! Or any other surgery/injury. In post-op for sinus surgery, the recovery room gave me one of these filled with ice which I took home. I had bought a whole bunch of profiled blue ice kind of things specifically for forehead/eyes, but all 4 diff kinds rather sucked, and I just kept filling this with crushed ice and it was awesome. It has straps so can use but I found them hard to put on by myself, so I would just use another hand towel to hold it on the sides of my head when needed that, and just rest it on my forehead when…
Great ice packs! These are awesome. They are totally water-tight (although I had a couple start leaking after extensive use … but if you limit yourself to 10 uses or so, you should be fine. Favorite things about this:* It doesn’t get as cold as a plain plastic bag.
