Hospital/Professional grade 11400-300 This ice bag incorporates coated material that protects my skin from direct contact with the plastic liner. I have had no sweating or leakage. It was difficult for me to search and locate the exact bag and until I noticed a tag listing manufactured for Cardinal Health and the numbers 11400-300. LOVE THIS THING! Highly recommend for migraine sufferers, and sinus surgery recovery! Or any other surgery/injury. In post-op for sinus surgery, the recovery room gave me one of these filled with ice which I took home. I had bought a whole bunch of profiled blue ice kind of things specifically for forehead/eyes, but all 4 diff kinds rather sucked, and I just kept filling this with crushed ice and it was awesome. Great ice packs! These are awesome. They are totally water-tight (although I had a couple start leaking after extensive use … but if you limit yourself to 10 uses or so, you should be fine.
