Strong and sturdy. We had the Cascade Mountains 3K carbon trekking poles on a short section of the PCT at the high Sierra mountains. They were very good and we felf safe with them. They are strong and sturdy and I definitely recommend them.
Comfortable grips Used these poles during my last backpacking adventure, worked great, nice quality, lightweight and the grips felt great even after a long day. Didn’t rub my hand raw like other grips tend to do.
Impressed so far Used them on maybe 50 miles of strenuous hiking around San Diego, holding up well. Clamps are bulky, hand straps not the greatest, not sure what youâd expect at this price. Theyâre legit carbon fiber and deal with my 210lbs like a champ, and are lighter than my wifeâs old Leki aluminum poles that cost 3X as much 20 years ago. The fake cork grips really work great, probably my biggest surprise.I do wish the hand straps were thicker and had a better cinching system. As they are…
