Good little antenna. We use these antennas on construction equipment that is vigorously used. We have had no problems with the antenna and they are very easy to install and work wonderfully. Would recommend for use in extreme conditions.

Works as it should We used this all weekend at Winter 4×4 Jamboree in southern Utah with our handheld Uniden. Needed an adapter. Works great. The magnet is strong and it didn’t shift at all after 50+ miles of off-road driving and 20 miles of highway / interstate driving. We were able to hear the trail leader and the tail gunner perfectly in a 30 Jeep group.

Very cheap, Almost useless… For starters, the magnet is a little weak and the allen key that came with the antenna is too small… I had to get my own in order to tune the antenna.I placed the antenna in the middle of the roof of my full size crew cab truck. The best possible spot for an antenna having a large flat ground plane. I tuned the antennas SWR and the best I could get is 2.3 on channels 1 and 40 with 20 coming in at 1.5.
