This sheath is made with 10 ounce premium buffalo hide leather that is very high quality, the sides of the leather has been sanded and smoothed. Black military grade snaps and buttons. Brass stud handle strap with 2 sizes. Pocket has a Wet Stone and Fire Steel Included.

  • The sheath is handmade using premium dark brown, top-grade, hard buffalo-hide saddle leather. Horizontal Carry (Scout) on a belt/strap. You can wear it on the base of your lower back on a belt or snap it on a pack-strap, etc. It has as a snap close front storage pocket for a sharpening stone, survival kit, etc. Metal snaps and parts.
  • Designed to fit a 6 1/4″ long blade or smaller. Designed for a blade that is 2 1/4″ wide or smaller. Designed for a blade that is 1/4″ thick or smaller. Could use better QC,… The leather used for the knife contact is very good, the strap keepers are thinner, lighter weight than I would have liked. The pocket snap will not stay snapped, use a band to secure, now. Somewhat disappointed in the lacking quality control for the price paid….

1 star The sheath is nice but it will not fit the handle of my Ka Bar Becker BK 2. Edit- sheath has started to come apart and will not stay snapped at the handle. Customers service is not friendly or helpful.

Be weary. This is a nicely designed sheath, but it falls short in a few critical areas. The sheath I received was very dark, not at all like the saddle brown in the photos. It was clearly not wet formed as the leather is cracking along the fold, and from the looks more stain was applied to this area to cover it up. The stitching is the biggest deal breaker for me. It is not wax thread and it is extremely loose, probably because it’s a poor thread choice and would break if appropriately tight. It also…
