They’re not very sharp. I wish I didn’t buy them. I bought them based on the reviews & price. Shortly after I received them, the company asked for me to give them a good review. I wish I could. But they’re just not any sharper than my old set I was trying to replace. The downside is that they are very light, and I didn’t realize how much weight is needed to help in the slicing of things, such as watermelon or pineapple.
Knives are good, glove is okay, but toss out the peeler This is an attractive and functional set of knives. I bought these and a set of Cuisinart knives from Costco (when they were on coupon) at the same time. I was just looking for a knock-about camping set, and planned to return one or the other.
