This product works great for me This product works great for me. I use this in a high volume environment and so far it’s holding up pretty well. This is actually my second one. I bought this same one almost a year ago to use in my restaurant so we can transport ice back n forth. in one day we use over 900lbs of ice and it all goes thru this ice bin. Nice company to do business with, product packaging could be improved slightly The unit was easy to assemble. It was stable, and had a classic look about it. It was the correct size and look that we wanted. There was a small dent in the top cover. The product showed up and I did not open it immediately as we purchased well before its intended use date. When I opened the box, I noticed that there was missing hardware and a bottle opener was not included. I contacted crosslinks and they were extremely helpful in getting items replaced and did not question the time…
It is good. Very solid It is good. Very solid. Keeps ice for a proper period of time. Guest don’t always close the top properly so you can get some melting from that. You will need a lot of ice so it does not look empty, about 25lbs to get started. It could use a divider on the inside to separate icing bottles and cans from making drinks ice cubes. Mine did not come with installation instructions.
