It works well. This inexpensive 4-functions whistle works. The whistle is pretty loud. The compass indicates the North the same direction of the compass on my iphone 4. The magnifier is so,so…It is too small so you can’t pretend much from it. The thermometer works great! The temperature is right on when compared with my digital wall weather station.The lenght of it is 3″ and the width is just over 1″. The color is black.Overall a great item for a cheap price! The shipping was fast too.
Buy it, you will not regret it I purchased this about 4 years ago and have been meaning to get more of them for my other backpacks. They are good quality and I don’t think you will be sorry your bought one. Each family member should have one if you hunt or hike or like to walk in the woods. Whistle on this little guy really packs a punch! But…. its a bit cheaper quality then i expected. the chain and clip are not metal as pictured, they are plastic…and flimsy plastic at that. the magnifier is tough to flip out of the whistle and i doubt i could start a fire with it at all. the compass works but its just glued on. the whistle tho…..EAR PIERCING. works so good that i can overlook the rest of this products faults, throw it on my keychain and know if anyone is within a couple miles of me they will probably hear me using this in…
