SHARP purchased as a gift for my uncle, he uses it every day now and its his favorite kitcken knife. Handles are grippy when wet and dry and you never have to worry about it slipping out of your hand when cutting. Edge retention is fairly well and came EXTREMELY sharp b/c of the zero ground from factory

Really nice kitchen knife I’m a full time cook at a semi decent restaurant and was looking for a knife that wouldn’t break the bank and could stand some decent useThis knife really did the trickWhere I work they have plenty of knives that we can use for cooking and prepping but I really wanted something of my own that I could get to know and feel comfortable withWasn’t sure about this knife because it was so cheap but I have been impressed with the quality of other cold steel knives…

I love it so much I started using my hunting knives … I’ve been using cold steel knives in this specific blade steel (4116 Krupp) for hunting, fishing and bush craft for many years. I love it so much I started using my hunting knives in the kitchen. Imagine my surprise when I found out they make it in an 8 inch butcher knife! This thing is awesome. The grip is nice textured rubber. The blade has a thick spine that tapers to a fine edge and slices very clean and easy. The steel has a high chromium content that makes it rust and stain resistant…
