Ordered May of 2016. Used maybe 8 times. … Ordered May of 2016. Used maybe 8 times. It was a pain to set up… way more trouble than the basic 10×10 shelters… but the extra shade was helpful. Then, went to set it up one day and two legs wouldn’t snap into place. The pins that extend out to catch the legs were stuck inside. Contacted Coleman and they asked for pictures. They wanted more pictures, then wanted me to write the incident number on it. I had to set it up 3 more times to get everything they wanted. During those…
This is much better made in every way I have had 2 EZ up’s which are way cheaper than this. Those also were canopies w/o side shade or awning.This is much better made in every way. The poles are far sturdier. Locking system is much better and smoother. You don’t need to worry about pinching your fingers when you try to unlock the button for pole extension.The canopy (the fabric) itself is better material but I haven’t had it long enough to tell you for sure. Awesome product!!! I am a caterer and chef and perform MANY outdoor events. This canopy was secured to the main wedding/reception tent. The wedding was on Sept 6, 2014 in NH. We had EVERY kind of weather thrown at us with wind gusts up to 30mph. This was my prep tent. Everything was kept dry, to include my personnel walking back and forth with the extended canopy.
