Set up camp in a compact, yet spacious tent with the Coleman sun dome 2-Person dome tent. If it rains, the tent is 33% more water-resistant, and the weather Tec system with its patented welded floors and Inverted seams also helps you stay dry. A ground vent and two windows increase air circulation to help you stay cool and comfortable. The compact dome shape stands up to wind, and you’ll get extra weather protection from a door awning and an included rain fly. Setup is simple with snag-free, continuous pole sleeves. Inside, there’s enough room to stretch out on a queen-sized airbed, and storage pockets help to keep small items organized. When it’s time to head home, the tent easily packs up into an expandable carry bag with a Rip Strip until you’re off on your next adventure.

Camping/Backpacking Tent on a College Budget After years of camping in a collective tent with my family (about 4-5) all crammed in once space, it was time to buy a smaller tent for myself and possibly a partner. Did my research, and living on a college budget, I knew I couldn’t afford to drop $300+ on a nice backpacking tent. At least not right away. However, I finally managed to put it through it’s paces this weekend, and I’ll admit, it’s a pretty decent product, with only a few cons.
Waterproof, Inexpensive, Fast Set Up, and Light-Weight (2-Man Tent) Good gosh folks! I bought this 2-man tent due to the low price and the high scoring reviews here at Amazon and the reviews are spot on. I had my eye on quite a few other tents at $125 to $250 but I have to say this one caught my eye early on because of the reviews. I said: “wtf? Order it and see how it performs and if it was all a big lie then I’m out a measly $38!”
Great for one person! Very easy set-up, good quality, compact tent. I did A TON of research and read a lot of reviews here on Amazon before finally deciding that this was the tent I was going to purchase. I was looking for a decently priced, easy to set-up, portable tent for one person. I wanted to use it for backpacking as well as other campsite adventures. I just used it for the first time this weekend so I don’t have experienced feedback yet I suppose, but thought I would share my findings so far while they’re fresh.
