Weight was nice compared to cast, but I don’t like surface coating in my food! Worked fine until the non-stick finish started coming off. I got about 5 meals out of it and then it hit the trash when I saw some of the surface coating came off on what I was cooking. I liked the weight and shape as it fit pretty well on my two-burner compact Coleman.
Cooking Surface Degrades I bought this for when we went camping, to use on my Coleman grill. While yes, the raised sides do hold bacon grease in with no dripping over the side, the griddle itself is not very sturdy & the surface of the grill seemed to ‘melt’, or erode off. I’m not sure what went on with it, but it certainly cannot stand up to the lowest flame on my 2-burner Coleman grill. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with it… Little particles from the cooking surface were coming off onto my food so I stopped…
Disappointed in Coleman Would return it if I still had the box. Got it to cook bacon and Hashbrowns while camping on the Coleman two burner stove. It’s too small and doesn’t fit across both burns, so all you end up doing I’d heating the handles. you would think they would make their griddle fit their stove
