The best propane light out there This outdoor light is perfect. It is so easy to use and is one of the brightest out there. I use a larger propane tank (and one of those propane trees), because on the brightest, this will go through the small cylinders quickly.
Bright!!! Great lamp. Half power on this lamp out shines it’s little brother. Full power will light up camp like flourescent lighting. Eats a little more propane at the higher settings (which I never ran it on… half is enough). Perfect for running on a stem on a 20lb propane bottle. Nice to know you have that extra range of power if you need it though.
Enjoy While the lantern has only one mantle it’s surface area is approximately twice that of the combined area of the two mantles of the “standard” two mantle Coleman lantern, resulting in at least twice the light (and heat). Other reviews have reported the grating noise when the lantern is set very low. Yep. But you aren’t buying this lantern for a dim light. There are other, much better options for a dim light. The igniter can cause an adrenalin high if you like bursts of flame. I would…
