Best Columbia Men’s Quick-Drying Short! I purchased these for my husband to wear hiking with the dogs (and in and out of the creek).Compared to the Palmerstone and the Whidbey shorts I also purchased, these fit the most accurately and were the most shorts-looking (versus the very swim-trunk appearance of the others). All three are made of similar material, but the other two were quite poofy at the waist and ran ENORMOUS. Nice shorts and a nice deal for eight dollars, too Very nice shorts with a built-in belt that fit as expected. The material isn’t too heavy or too light and the little design of the belt and of the zippered pocket look nice. No issues with the pants at all and a nice deal at eight dollars. I went back to buy another pair in another color so I did like them. I just didn’t want to spend thirty-eight dollars for another color so I’ll just keep the one pair.
