Light and Cool but pockets way too small. Thes are great shorts for coolness and ease of cleaning when hiking or camping. Very light. But if you need pockets, they fall short. The pockets , including the zippered side pocket, are not deep enough. Passport wallet barely fit in zipper and other front and side pockets not seep enough to feel whatever is in them isn’t going to fall out. Don’t understand how an outdoor company as good as columbia could get this practical need wrong.

He pretty much puts them on as soon as he gets … My husband LOVES these shorts. He pretty much puts them on as soon as he gets home from work.
