Stands Up to Mother Nature I bought a pair of these pants for a 10 day BWCA trip into the remote wilderness. Comfy cargos not sized true These Silver Ridge Pants are relaxed cargos made of ultra light fabric similar to parachutes. When the trade winds kick up they inflate and I look like the Michelin man! I suspect the billowing drape enhances interior airflow and cooling. They sit higher on the waist than most current trouser designs, i.e., above the navel.
