so you would expect better longevity. I have had clothing from Walmart brands … I wore these for a week and there is extreme pilling ALL over these pants, even on the front of the legs, in between legs, just ALL over these pants. These pants are expensive, as they are Columbia, so you would expect better longevity. I have had clothing from Walmart brands last WAY longerAttached photos of examples of the extreme pilling on the front leg.
Fabric pilled after a month of wear I bought two pairs of these pants about a month ago. I really like the pants, but the fabric is pilling like crazy, especially on the back yoke. Too bad Columbia didn’t choose a fabric that doesn’t pill.
The Perfect Hiking Pants I now have four pair of these amazing pants. I wore two of them nearly every day while in Namibia where the temps reached in to the high 90’s and low 100’s.
