Great hangers I used these hangers in my new garden shed. Other reviews had indicated that the screw holes did not line up well with studs and this would also limit how many I could install. What I did was to mount a 2X6 on the wall of my garden shed with lags into the studs then mounted the hangers every 2 feet and then mounted yet another 2X6 1 foot below the other 2X6 and then mounted the hangers so they were between the hangers above. Worked for Work-Out Equipment I wanted to use these to get my workout equipment off the floor. They worked well for that purpose (see picture).
Perfect for my project Fantastic. This was just what I was looking for. I am not using it for the conventional things you might hang on hooks like these, like power tools, long cords or hoses, or a bicycle. I am actually using this pair of double hooks to affix a didgeridoo to a wall, for a native arts musical instrument display I have in my living room.
