RAZOR SHARP
The standout look of Columbia River Knife & Tool’s Fossil folding knives will make you a fan, but it’s their superior craftsmanship that will make them your preferred pocket knife. These versatile folders are ideal for hunting, fishing, camping, and everyday carry. Select models feature plain or combination plain/serrated edges, a satin or titanium nitride blade finish, corrosion resistant stainless steel blades, and a black or two-tone colored handle.

G10 HANDLE
The handle is just as important as the blade, and designer Flavio Ikoma didn’t disappoint. Each contoured stainless steel handle is built to withstand heavy use while offering a solid grip in any weather. It has a unique hammered finish and gator-inspired G10 scales to lend even more rugged appeal.

OPENS QUICKLY
The dependability of your knife should never be in question. By combining an IKBS Ball Bearing Pivot System and opening flipper for faster blade deployment, we made sure ours is never in doubt – you’ll be ready to cut at any time! A thumb hole cutout in the hollow drop point blade offers a second opening option.

SECURE FRAME LOCK
A safe, reliable and easy to use frame lock prevents the blade from ever coming down while in an open position. It sets a significant portion of the handle against the tang of the blade to secure it open; close it by moving the handle away from the tang of the blade.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
The CRKT Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If one of our knives ever breaks or fails because of material or manufacturing defects, we’ll repair or replace the knife for as long as you own it. Coverage ends if you sell or otherwise transfer the knife to someone else, or if it’s modified in any way.

Last knife I’ll have to buy for a long time This knife has everything I could ask for. Let’s start with the super heavy duty construction. The handle is a nice, thick steel with a neat looking G10 overlay. The weight of the steel feels great in my hand. The blade shape speaks for itself and looks absolutely menacing, not too mention the beauty and grit of the Veff serations. Of course, as with all CRKT knives, this thing comes out of the box sharper than your grandfather on prom night. The bearing system inside the pivot point make…

An Impressive Knife For Daily Carry This review is for the larger stainless finish with VEFF configurations. I have several CRKT knives because I think you generally get good EDC knives for the cost. This is now my favorite. It is simply outstanding, very stout, and has tight tolerances that give the knife great fit and finish. Feels good in hand and flips open smoothly. Perhaps the best defensive knife I own, while still being very practical. It came very sharp, in fact quite sharper than most CRKT models I’ve received in the…

Disappointed Just received my new knife today. I have other CRKT knives that are smooth as silk. But… this one is not easy to open, and really can’t even “flip” it open. The assist mechanism is lubricated as some kind of oil is coming out onto the blade. Also the frame lock is very iffy. When open all the way, less than a millimeter of lock is engaging the blade. There is a what I would categorize as a safety extrusion pin that looks like a lock, safety feature. The lock still worries me. I will…
