You can do one thing great… or many things not so great… thats this tool Seems to be more of a conversation piece than an actual tool I reach for. I keep it in my rigging bag for taking the cotter pins out of hooks and the possibility I might need to do a roadside repair of a ratchet strap or something. More of a just in case tool, not something I would rely on.

I coincidentally bought a new unused Diamond horseshoe equivalent at about the time I bought this.–my previous Diamond one was battered and pitted from a lifetime bouncing around in an old tractor–so I have a great opportunity for comparison.This new one is dimensionally very nearly identical to the Diamond. I carried a pair of these in my tool belt … I carried a pair of these in my tool belt as a carpenter the entire time I did that for a living. They probably saved me thousands of trips to the tool box in the truck. I ground the screw driver to the size to fix electrical plugs, but otherwise used them as they were.
