Nicer than Expected I looked at a lot of flatware before deciding to try these. Very happy I went with them. They look great, feel good in the hand, and seem to be holding up well. The butter knives are sharper than expected. They have tiny serrations and can easily cut meat. My only minor quibble are the forks. They’re very similar in size. Makes it a bit tricky to tell them apart when it’s time to save them. They look and function great though. Much nicer than having salad forks that are really small.

Not-so-stainless-steel The cutlery set is great otherwise, good weight and I really like the style – except for the fact that, after just 3 weeks of use, rust started appearing on one of the knives (see pictures). I wash my cutlery by hand after each use and immediately put it up to dry in a drying rack – I don’t use a washing machine or soak my dishes. Nice looking, but inconsistent quality I picked up a set of Cuisinart Trevoux flatware at a grocery store promotion, and liked them. I ended up buying two more “identical” sets from Amazon to fill out the collection.
